Dr. Irina Smirnova lives in the Barrhaven community with her husband and two daughters and son. She has been part of the community for over 10 years. Dr. Irina attended New York University Dental School in the United States.
After graduating in 2007, she completed a residency program at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She moved with her family to Ottawa and enjoys everything Ottawa has to offer. Ottawa has the perfect balance of city life and suburbia.
One of her long-time hobbies is figure skating, which she began when she was five years old. Ottawa, having the longest skating rink in the world, is yet another reason why she loves this city.
When it comes to practicing dentistry, she loves working with patients of all ages, especially children. One thing you will hear Dr. Irina say is: “I love to put a smile on my patients’ faces and I want my patients to feel satisfied with my work. I take pride in making my patients happy with their new smiles.”
